Understanding the Patterns We Bring Into Love
A collection of songs about why we chase, pull away, stay, and sometimes struggle to trust healthy love.

Understanding the patterns we bring into love ♡
Different patterns.
The same need for safety.
Start with the chapter that feels most familiar today. You may recognize yourself in more than one. That does not mean there is something wrong with you. These patterns often began as ways of finding safety, closeness, or connection.

Scars You Can’t SeePut Together▶Attachment patterns are not character flaws. They are ways we learned to find safety, closeness, and love.
These chapters follow those patterns from where they began, through the relationships that made them visible, to recognizing familiar hurt and learning that secure love can feel different.
Some of these songs are about chasing connection when someone pulls away. Some are about staying too long, mistaking intensity for chemistry, or feeling strangely uncomfortable when love is finally steady. Others are about pulling away when closeness starts to feel dangerous.
The more I understood where these patterns came from, the less I needed to judge myself for having them.
Understanding the pattern doesn't mean staying in it. It gives us the chance to choose something different.
Before you go
The patterns you learned can be understood, softened, and changed. Safe love may feel unfamiliar at first, but unfamiliar does not mean wrong.
You can understand what shaped the way you love without letting it choose what comes next.
What feels familiar doesn’t have to become your future.
